Last updated: 29 July 2026 · Governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan
1Introduction & acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Green Upshot website at [greenupshot.co] (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. In these Terms, "Green Upshot", "we", "us" and "our" refer to [Registered Business Name], trading as Green Upshot, and "you" refers to the person browsing the Site or placing an order.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
2Definitions
- Order — a request submitted by you to purchase one or more products.
- Products — the goods offered for sale on the Site.
- COD — Cash on Delivery, where you pay at the time of delivery.
- PKR — Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all prices are shown.
3Eligibility to buy
To place an order you must be at least 18 years of age, which is the age of majority under the Majority Act, 1875, or you must use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Contract Act, 1872.
4Products, pricing & availability
We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions accurately. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from the images shown due to screen settings and photography.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are shown at checkout together with any applicable delivery charges and taxes. We may change prices, descriptions and product availability at any time without prior notice. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit order quantities or decline an order at our discretion.
If a pricing or description error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you and give you the choice to confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.
5Orders & acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Any order confirmation we send is an acknowledgement that we have received your order — it does not by itself mean we have accepted it. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your product.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We may cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to, a product being out of stock, a pricing error, or a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
6Payment
We accept prepaid payment (such as bank transfer or online payment) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. For COD orders, payment is made in full to the delivery rider at the time of delivery. Electronic payments are processed in accordance with the Payment Systems and Electronic Fund Transfers Act, 2007 and applicable State Bank of Pakistan regulations.
You confirm that any payment details you provide are true, accurate and your own, and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
7Shipping & delivery
Delivery of your order is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
8Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Approved refunds are made by bank transfer to your preferred bank account once the returned item has been received and confirmed at our warehouse. Original delivery charges are not refundable.
9Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible; we will do our best to accommodate the request. Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. We may cancel an order at any stage as described in Section 5, and where you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
