Yes. We use high-quality recycled kraft paper packaging, which is biodegradable, and we ship all orders with zero plastic packaging.

From where are orders shipped?
All orders are processed, packed, and shipped from our head office in Lahore, Pakistan.
How can I check the status of my order?
What is the delivery time?
For upfront payment orders, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, delivery usually takes 5–8 working days. We process and ship orders from our warehouse within 48 hours after confirmation.

Where will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. You can also add any specific delivery instructions in the order notes when placing your order.

Yes, you can request changes or cancel your order by contacting Green Upshot customer service as soon as possible with your order number.
If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and process a refund. If the order has already been dispatched, the shipping charge is non-refundable.

Currently, Green Upshot operates through online orders. Our team works from our Lahore office, where orders are processed and shipped. We are also opening our first outlet soon in Lahore.
