Yes. Green Upshot has successfully delivered sustainable products and corporate gifting solutions to renowned organisations in Pakistan, including Jazz, WWF-Pakistan, German Red Cross, IFRC, K-Electric and others.

Green Upshot currently operates primarily through online orders. Our team works from our Lahore office, where orders are processed and shipped. We are also preparing to open our first outlet in Lahore.

Yes. We use high-quality recycled kraft-paper packaging, which is biodegradable, and we ship orders without plastic packaging.

We carefully select our products to ensure they are stylish, high-quality and eco-friendly. Based on customer purchases, some of our best-selling items include the Eco-Friendly Glass Tumbler Set, Bamboo Hair Brush, Wheat Straw Coffee Cups and Bamboo Toothbrushes.

Yes. Our products are selected for everyday use and are made with safe, practical and durable materials. Customers should also follow any care or usage instructions provided with the individual product.

Our applicable products are BPA-free and come with relevant certifications or product documentation to support quality, safety and environmental responsibility.

All orders are processed, packed and shipped from our head office in Lahore, Pakistan.

Once your order is placed, Green Upshot will send an order confirmation by email. For an order-status update or any delay beyond our standard delivery time, please email info@greenupshot.co.

For upfront-payment orders, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, delivery usually takes 5–8 working days. We normally process and dispatch confirmed orders from our warehouse within 48 hours.

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, delivery location or unusually high order volume. For assistance, email info@greenupshot.co.

Your order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. You can also add specific delivery instructions in the order-notes field when placing your order.

Yes. You can request a change or cancellation by contacting Green Upshot customer service as soon as possible and providing your order number.

If the order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and process the applicable refund. If the order has already been dispatched, the shipping charge is non-refundable.
