We hope you love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, sending it back is simple — here's everything you need to know.
Eligibility
When an item qualifies
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Received something faulty?
We do everything we can to make sure your order works perfectly. If it doesn't, we're here to help.
Hand any defective item back to the driver at delivery, or contact us to arrange a collection. We'll either replace it or credit your account.
Refunds
How your refund works
Once your returned item is successfully received at our warehouse, we'll transfer your refund straight to your preferred bank account.

A few things to keep in mind
Keep your proof of purchase
Every return needs a receipt or proof of purchase, so hold on to it until you're sure you're keeping your order.
Return items in original condition
Items should come back unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging — exactly as they arrived.
Refunds go straight to your bank
Every refund is made by transfer to your preferred bank account, once your returned item is confirmed at our warehouse. Please note the original shipping cost isn't refunded. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your original payment method.
Return window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused or unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required for all returns.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping for non-defective items. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange the return or collection at no additional cost to you.
