Where we leave your parcel
Your order is handed over at the main entrance of your delivery address. If our driver judges it practical and safe, they may deliver it exactly where you've asked.

Leaving your parcel safely
Prefer your goods left with a neighbour, in a garden shed, or somewhere similar? Just tell us. For unsigned deliveries, please leave a signed note on the property for our driver to collect and keep for our records.
