To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Is the item you’re looking for of poor quality?
We make every effort to ensure that everything works properly, but if it doesn’t, we’re here to assist. You can return any defective items to the driver at the time of delivery or contact us to schedule a collection time. We will either replace the defective item or credit your account.
How to Get Your Refund?
We’ll arrange for a refund if you’ve returned the product to the delivery driver or a member of staff. We will refund your money in the same way you paid for your product, for instance, in cash or via direct bank transfer. Please note, shipping costs are not refunded.
