How long does a toothbrush last?
Our eco-friendly bamboo toothbrush will outlast a standard plastic toothbrush. For healthy teeth and gums, dentists and hygienists recommend replacing your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months and brushing daily after every meal with regular flossing.
Is the packaging compostable?
We wanted our entire product to be environmentally friendly, including the packaging. The toothbrush is packaged in a plant-based compostable wrapper. The outer box is made entirely of Kraft paper and is biodegradable.
Why choose bamboo as a material?
Bamboo is the fastest growing plant on earth. Because it contains naturally-occurring antimicrobial agents, there is no need for using fertilizers or pesticides during its cultivation. Our bamboo is totally organic and wild.
How do you recycle?
The handle is made of 100 percent biodegradable bamboo and can be disposed of in your composting bin or reused (gardening, firewood,). The bristles are made of nylon that is free of BPA and should be recycled with plastic. We suggest cutting them off or removing them with pliers. The rest of the packaging is biodegradable (envelope without plastic, carton without glue, and protection bag made of paper).

All orders are processed and shipped from Lahore, Pakistan.
How can I check the status of my order?
We keep you updated on the status of your order via email or phone at every stage. Once your order is placed, the green upshot team will send you an email with the order details. We will send you an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received any updates on the status of your order, please check your spam folder. If there are any unforeseen events that cause your order to be delayed, you will receive a special update from us.

Yes. Orders can be placed over the phone. But we will require your basic details to successfully deliver your order
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact Green Upshot customer service right away and include your order number. As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and refund your money.
- If your order has been dispatched but has not yet been delivered and you wish to cancel it, please contact Green Upshot customer service and provide your order number. We can cancel it and refund your money, but please keep in mind that the shipping charge is not included in the refund value of your order because it is non-refundable.
Can I add an item to my order after I have put it in?
No, unfortunately. You will need to place a new order for that extra item.
